I love the satisfaction that comes with designing infrastructure, consulting on a difficult problem that needs overcoming or troubleshooting and tracking down issues and implementing solutions. It is great to see a plan come together.
I also have a passion for customer service. My entire professional career has been translating highly technical jargon to simple, easy to understand concepts or ideas.
